04S202 outing - Ice skating cum movie day out

Our very first class outing in 2005. Yippee! However, it was rather disappointing when the number people who turned up was less than half the total. *sigh

Alright. I was the earliest. Went to Shu's place first to borrow cam and had lunch there (Ah ma's food is the best!). Left her place for Yio Chu Kang MRT at 12.30 p.m. Reached Jurong East MRT at about 1.40 p.m.

To Shu: You cheated me to leave your place so early!

This is my second time ice-skating (the first was with the BBT Gang). Looking at the many people (and my classmates) around me, i realised that there were a lot to learn about ice-skating. I still do not know how to stop skating without having to ram myself into the side walls! *haha Oh...I declare that I did not fall! My definition of a fall is to land unexpectedly and embarassingly on the bum, which I did not! Once, I nearly fell but was saved by my classmates. There was another incident when I landed onto the floor. I don't consider that a fall because my hand had supported my bum from touching the ice. This happened when the people in the rink began to form a line and started pulling one another skating with them. Esther and I lost balance and fell together. *haha Anyways, I think it is time that I learn to skate 'skillfully' and not mind the falling (Alex said something like that).

Well, we left for tampines for Elektra. Our show was scheduled at 9.30 p.m. Before the movie, we went for dinner and played at e-zone. Oh my! Kwan Siong can really dance the para para! The moves were exactly the same as the woman in the screen. *bravo! Alex was very good too! I need to learn something but what should i learn? Well...after that we played that table hockey thingy. It was fun fun fun.

The movie was a little disappointing though: There were so few intensive fighting scenes and the villians were killed in a snap of the fingers. So anti-climax, so Charmed! Well...Kwan Siong and I concluded that Elektra can only fight well when she is feeling sexy. *haha

It was a very enjoyable day! Hoping that there will be more people at the next class outing. As for now, I wish that the Angel and Mortal game that 04S202 is going to play with 05S202 would turn out well!
